About Augustine

New to the title. Not new to the work.

Augustine Jiang is a life and career coach based in Paris. Before making coaching her full-time practice, she spent her career as a learning & development specialist — years of designing how people actually grow, not just what they're told to improve. Coaching is that same work turned toward one person at a time.

She works with clients one-on-one, in person in Paris or by video anywhere else, and focuses on two things: getting honest about what's really going on, and leaving every session with a next step you'll actually take.
